Author Events
ACLA schedules annual author events with partnering organizations Highmark and OASIS, to bring local authors to the members of PALS Book Clubs and OASIS.The Annual Highmark Author's Reception, held at the Highmark Auditorium in Downtown Pittsburgh, is targeted to county wide participants in the ACLA/Highmark PALS Book Clubs. The OASIS Author Event, held at OASIS also located in Downtown, is for the members of OASIS, their friends, and members of the PALS Book Club. Various author presentations are also part of ACLA's annual One Book One Community program.
